ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in June of 2025 after spending several years as a State Farm team member, with a clear goal of building something meaningful and growth-focused. Right now, our team consists of myself and one sales representative, and we’re excited to continue expanding. I’m originally from Illinois, played college baseball, and recently relocated to Arizona. Sports are a big part of my life, and we plan to stay active in the community through sponsored sporting events like pickleball tournaments and golf outings in the future.

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brayden Hough - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
